Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure performed to improve the appearance and function of the upper and lower eyelids. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty involves removing excess skin, muscle, and sometimes fat that can cause drooping or visual obstruction. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty focuses on reducing puffiness, wrinkles, and under-eye bags through fat repositioning or removal. The surgery is usually done under local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. This procedure enhances both aesthetic appearance and, in some cases, visual function, with minimal and well-concealed scarring.
